But they were prioritizing applications for homes with the highest mortgages, and often ignoring applications for the lower-cost homes. This led to a discrepancy in the ratio between available homes to number of home owners in the region.

Through Ringkas, Ilya is unlocking new opportunities for homeowners (and unlocking revenue opportunities for banks) in Indonesia.

Then there's Gillian Tee, founder and CEO of Homage, a caregiving and health solution focused on seniors and adults.

Homage is an impressive business: 15,000 caregivers providing over 1 million caregiving hours; active in both Singapore and Malaysia; valued at over $100m; survived and thrived despite Covid and other global obstacles.
